Our world is entering a new age. This man was Jared Reynolds, though it would not matter soon. Events greater than him were about to unfold. The raindrops began to bombard the people gathered in front of the White House on that chilly autumn afternoon. The man lit a cigarette as he raced down the ominous alley. His features were elusive in the dark, the worn face, piercing blue eyes, and five oclock shadow saved by a sanctuary of blackness. It was raining. The world had gone to hell and the thunder would not let the fearful forget. The wind beckoned for death, howling and avenging the travesties performed against it. The man, James Eckhart, took a long puff of his cigarette as he rounded a corner, slowing down as he laid eyes upon his wife, Alicia. She was a tall, tan girl with a slender body and notably luscious lips. She was weeping.

The Assassin did not have time to admire the condition of his gun. Images of his victims burning in hell distracted him from the mission at hand, and from the cleanliness of his weapon that he had so carefully ensured. He rounded a corner of one of The Complexs endless hallways and stopped to aim his battle rifle at another Security Guard. The Guards lackluster pistol and holstered shotgun were of no use here.
